Not sure what trail this was or what the waterfall was called but it was beautiful!!
There's not many trails that are baby and 3 year old friendly in Pisgah/on the BRP. But this one was awesome!!

We went with a friend and her 3 year old daughter. It was a bit chilly but totally worth it!
What do you know..OF COURSE Rylie was the one that fell/sat in mud as soon as we got to the falls..despite everyone's efforts to keep her out of any water.
Tucker has this thing..where he gets a stick, calls it an old mans cane and bends over, hobbling. All the while saying repeatedly "I'm an old woman" in a shaky old lady voice! It's hilarious! He taught Charlie to do it too on our hike.
Once we got to the falls, the kids had the best time running back and forth along the rocks!
After Rylie lost her pants to the muddy puddle, she got a ride from Daddy threw the woods.

Every single bridge we went on, all three kids wanted to run across it and then the older ones wanted to go back and sit for pictures.
Tucker and Charlotte did the best job of making sure Rylie was safe sitting on the bridge.

This picture cracks me up! She was trying to help him climb up this stump.
Leave it to two ice cream obsessed three year olds to find a rock, get behind it and immediately open an ice cream stand together. It started off with delicious flavors like strawberry, chocolate, blueberry, etc and soon nosedived into fish, snake, moldy coffee, etc flavors. Passing hikers sure did get a kick out of it!
Sure are lucky kids to grow up in such a gorgeous area of the state!
